  1. I just tried your procedure in the default 737 and it worked, no problem. As others mentioned make sure you set your approach course, and tune your navigation radio correctly.
  2. 2D cockpits have their place, and it's a shame to see them removed from the genre.
  3. Just because, in 2024, I-LDY has a DME transmitter doesn't necessarily mean that it did in 2004 (or whatever the date is of the FSX navigation data). You have mentioned several times, even referencing real approach charts, to the I-LDY DME, but have you looked at the navigation station inside of FSX itself to see if it has DME coded? I bet it doesn't.
  4. This is normal ops for the CalClassic CV-240. Check the readme.
  5. That's cool. I just did some testing. The failures are enabled via the default "Engine Stress Damages Engine." Disable it, and it will never fail. It also shows you the internal FS engine health variable. I know you don't have this problem with the DC-7B because engine damage is separate from FS, and (I believe) disabled by default. I don't think the C97/B50 have any engine damage support.
  6. can you provide more detail?
  7. Eh, luckily the old structure of flightsim.com included the file name in the external link, so the links I surveyed at that website all included file names. It should be trivially easy to just put those into the search here.
  8. I have no idea about this software, but you might have a naming convention error with your runways. Conventionally, the same airfield cannot have a runway named "27" and simultaneously "27C." A runway without a side letter signifies that it is the only runway for that direction of the airport. A runway named "Center" implies there are 3 total parallel runways (LEFT-CENTER-RIGHT). That might be a source of your problem, but I have never used your software so you may want to check.
  9. I just used ubah31's instructions and was awarded the badge. In FSX Acceleration (Boxed).
  10. If you would only give us the name of file. Not the readme. Not the actual file. The name. We can copy the name into the search bar and will be taken directly to it's location in the library. Thanks.
  11. miatamariner that link is invalid
