To release the brakes in the Cessna other than the parking brake it states hit Control/Num/Del but for me it does not work ... what am I missing please thanks in advance

Thank you for asking FS 2020 and I bought the Arrow planes for 64 through flightsim.com yesterday I have the approval email but no number to plug into the software -
I just purchased a new plane package but cannot find and numbers to plug into the software so that it will load to the computer. In the old days it came of an email ... but nothing ... where do I find it?
