  1. I flew Chapter One yesterday evening and it was great! Tremendous amount of information (geographical and geological) and the direction arrows are a tremendous aid for ensuring you stay on track. Way to go, Neil!
  2. I installed improvements to various GA planes prior to Patch 2 but must ask whether or not the patch obviates the need to reinstall those improvements. One would presume that the improvements would have been incorporated into the patch.
  3. I've placed the folder in the Community folder (I have the downloaded store version) and nothing shows up - all I see are some industrial looking buildings and a road system - no runways, no planes, no terminal. Has MS censored it for national security reasons?
  4. Could take off only after closing the canopy by using the raise gear command (so until closed the program thinks the landing gear is down I guess). And I was never able to see the instrument panel - tried all of the normal view controls. It was fun flying around St. Thomas, USVI.
  5. Over the weekend Neil provided subscribers with world-models (without which the package would not load properly) and it set things right. That is now incorporated here in 1A. Here's my comment from the weekend "This is a superb package! Neil has done a magnificent job not only with the routings and the add-on scenery elements but also with the extremely thorough narrative - it makes each leg so much more enjoyable and so informative. I highly recommend this to all aficionados." I took Neil's suggestion and purchased the Cri-Cri - what a great little plane for this type of flight-seeing. Good top speed but also able to fly low and slow. It's super responsive and the only skill I need to develop is how to land at 50 kts. With full flaps and no throttle the aircraft still wants to speed up in a descent - but it's operator error, not the fault of the Cri-Cri. I ran into the Nimitz while on one of the legs so made a safe carrier landing (didn't use the tail hook) then took off again and completed that leg. The Cri-Cri has some add-ons, available from within the plane, the Garmin GPS is the most useful. It does have a tail hook also but you really don't need it. Thanks Neil, great package!
