  1. I will fix the problem with loading fuel within the next few days.
  2. Don't just reinstall MSFS if you have problems. In 35 years I have never reinstalled the flight simulator. The only reason I could understand is when the hard drive is broken. Because what should change in this case if the login just doesn't work?
  3. For me it's the community. I joined a virtual airline (flywoh.com) 20 years ago. This was founded at the time by a 14-year-old who is now a manager in a real airline. Several real pilots have emerged from it and we benefit from their knowledge because they have remained loyal to us. Our motto has always been to pick up the pilots where they are. When you can fly from A to B, that's enough for now. The community will make sure that you get better and better. Nowadays we do this on Discord with live streaming. When you need help, someone will be there to help you. I know that many virtual airlines want to be as real as possible. But I think that's the wrong approach. It's about getting better and better together with others, learning from others in a community. Without a virtual airline, everyone flies for themselves. I am still learning from our "real" pilots ;-) That makes the difference!
  4. Try the following: -Start the game via the MS Store App. -When the game is loading press so that it is running in a window. Maybe you have to prompt something. Good luck!
  5. And another thing comes in my mind you might want to try: Change from full screen to window view (alt+enter) - there might be something you need to prompt. Good luck again
  6. Try to start the game via the Microsoft store. Are there any updates shown? Is Disk 1 in your pc? Isn't the x-box app also needed? Good luck
  7. Okay, that one won't help you right now: Save your control settings once you found your preferred settings. In the future that will help you when you start tweaking around or an update comes up that changes everything. One thing that I personally find rather strange is the possibility to assign two different actions to one single axis of your joystick (even to every single button of the joystick, mouse or keyboard). I played around a lot with the settings and on one point I found that the trim and the throttle had the same assignment on my system. Giving full throttle led also the nose go down. So check that nothing is double assigned. And if you changed the assignment on your keyboard (maybe like you were used to on the P3D), check that you deleted the original assignments. Maybe resetting the controls might help. And if your facing problems with the approach – Keep the speed minimum 10kt above the target speed – it keeps your plane better steerable. Pino
  8. @Stanley777: Yes, that's completely normal. Not only the wings deliver the lift, also the body of the plane. Just a little bit – but it would be wasted uplift if it wouldn't be so. Pino
  9. Hi, I defined the dead zone around 10% to make the plane less "nervous". Before that just touching the desk could cause some steering impulses.
  10. Try the following if you have CTD problems: Empty the rolling cache in the data options – that's always worth a try ;-) Empty the community folder – especially the airplane mods. Only use those airplane mods that have the update fix. Good luck
  11. Hi! Take a look at fly-woh.com – a virtual airline group that integrates seven different airlines. Our VA was founded on September 18th 2000 – and exactly 20 years later the MSFS was published. What a coincidence ;-) To be serious: Since the release of the new simulator we are focusing our work on it. We assume that this platform is the future of flight simulation. Thankfully we were prepared and flying with the new MSFS on fly-woh.com was possible from the first day on. We integrated SmartCars and can offer a variety of repaints (just take a look in the file library here) in the colors of the woh|group. I think most VAs are skeptical towards the new FS. They spent a lot of energy in developing their VAs and feel comfortable with the solutions they came up with. But now new Pilots show up on the scene on a new simulator. And our main thought was, that none these pilots will go back to P3D if they want to join a VA. That's the reason why we are so focused on MSFS. Pino President of the woh|group
