  1. Screen Shot offerings for the New Screen Shot pages. Small aircraft flights here and there:) Ron
  2. Is this Honda Jet available for MS2020 download. Is there a link available? Thanks
  3. Random VFR flights around Boston, Sedona and San Francisco. A major chore to keep this plane from wondering left and right down the runway during takeoff and landing. Otherwise, a great flying machine. As with all JanKees repaints, these screen grabs give an artistic view to JKs work. Thanks. Ron
  4. VFR around Naples and Venice. No ATC or flight planning involved. In other words, flying for my own amusement. First up: Mt. Vesuvius. Ron
  5. Isn't that Max Weldon's tail number N2RF, CitationMax?
  6. Thanks to all for comments. FS2020 has some great aircraft paints. Aircraft detail can really standout depending on time of day and camera angles. Example: Beechcraft Bonanza G36, obviously at the right time of day:)
  7. I wanted to compare the ORBX London City Pack imagery with the default Bing data world graphics. The ORBX Pack has more detail but it has a rating of only 3.6 out of 5. Did not make a purchase at this time. My graphic settings: Render Scale 200 Terrain Level of Detail 200 Objects Level of Detail 200 Terrain, Buildings, Trees, Grass, Texture "High" Bing Data World Graphics "ON" Weather and Wind adjusted to personal preference Photogrammetry "ON" Default scenery No add-ons graphics Click on pictures for full screen view.
  8. Darryl: Page 1 and Page 2, very nice night-time presentation of the six airports mentioned. Planes and realism very well incorporated into FS2020. Thanks for sharing. Ron
  9. Thank you all for comments. On my system, using a Thrustmaster T.16000M Flight Stick, the Robin is quite smooth and stable in flight as well as at take off and landing. I was surprised to see a mix of English and French labels especially on the annunciator panel. Flight instruments are strictly analog dials and gauges.
  10. FS2020 v1.26.5.0, Default Bing Data, Flight Tracks provided by Little Navmap Click on images for larger view.
  11. Thank you all for your gracious comments and "views". I have found that satellite imaging data used by Bing data world graphics seems to help with some but not all terrain enhancements. The positives: The Galapagos is one of those places where volcanic craters look awesome at a distance. Other geographic (I posted earlier) locations with a reasonable facsimile of the surrounding terrain are the Lukla airport (VNLK) in the Himalayas, below the rim in the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Fjords in Norway, etc. Flying light airplanes VFR around these places with pleasure. I'll save the long-haul flights for later. Although, I'd love to fly the FSX Lockheed's, Connie's, Grumman's, Boeings etc., shared by others on this forum.
  12. I would love to have this ATC version of Radar Contact available for FS2020. I used it with glee for all my flights back in FS9 days. I think it was pay ware back then.
  13. Thank you RI_Red: You wouldn't happen to be in Rhode Island? I mean, the Red Chicken is the state bird. And, that's where I grew up, the family lives around Cumberland and Central Falls:)
  14. Volcanic craters found on Fernandina and Isabela Islands, Galapagos Tours begin from Isabela Airport (SEII). Scenic level of detail not too bad with Bing Data turned ON. Well, on my PC I'm pleased with the terrain quality at altitude. There's no wildlife detail that I can see at ground level just yet. Click on images for larger view.
