  1. Thank you il88pp for the heads-up about the link. It does work as long as you are logged in, but it is not really visitor friendly. Thx for the kind words too, hope you’ll like it!
  2. Download link : https://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/fslib.php?do=copyright&fid=211329 Fly safe!
  3. The hose crew : Bringing the hose to the airtanker Retardant is being loaded Walking to the tanker to disconnect the hose Hose being disconnected! Bringing the hose back out of the taxiway The texture sets : French Sécurité Civile North America Australia
  4. Hello fellow simmers! I am pleased to announce that my Pelicandrome4FFX package has just been uploaded to the file library! The download link will be provided in another post as soon as possible. This package provides a set of 3D models and XML gauges enhancing the experience of the virtual firefighting pilot that relies on the must-have FireFighterX module by Lorby-SI (to be purchased separately). New 3D models are provided to be selected as FFX refill station model, with 3 texture sets (France, North America, Australia). The animated and interactive marshaller gives visual instructions to the pilot for the advanced refill process (as per the French Sécurité Civile procedures). The refill hose is handled by its ground crew as required by the refill sequence. This allows for a immersive airtanker experience that does not rely on the "green band texts" for a successful refill process. The package is compatible with FSX, FSX:SE and P3D v1 to v5. I hope you will enjoy reloading with Pelicandrome4FFX after your drops on wildfires! Modelled with Blender 2.83 with Blender2P3D/FSX toolkit Textured with GIMP2 Here are a few pictures : The marshaller in action : Come closer! Slow dooooown... Set parking brake! Change the propeller pitch! You are ready to go!
  5. Hello fellow simmers! Crop dusting is really a both funny and demanding way to improve one's flying skills in a flight simulation : flying accurate patterns a few feet above the ground requires a lot of practice! Crop Duster X, publised a few years ago for FSX and above, is a payware module allowing any plane from your hangar to dust fields that can be created either automatically or manually, then saved. The concept is not mission-based : each flight gets a mark depending on how well the crops were dusted (quantity per acre, delivery time, etc). A few addon airplanes are well suited for the task, Alabeo's Piper Pawnee is one of them. So I thought I could get the best of both of them : the original 2D control panels of CropDusterX are now integrated in the VC, a lightbar is added to the nose so that the pilot can flight the exact track required, and of course, the gauge compatibility is now ensured. The mod is available here : https://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/fslib.php?searchid=81733447#comments_start The mod was tested in FSX, but I suspect the mod should work in P3D v2 and v3, maybe in v4. Thanks to Alabeo for allowing me to share the modified VC and external MDL files, and to Lorby-SI for their module. A few pictures : The last picture only highlights the new interactions from my mod. The blue, circular SatLoc buttons are functional and managed by CropDusterX.
  6. Just to let you know that the file is still available at the Flight1 file library. http://library.flight1.net/?p=11388
  7. I goofed while uploading the v1.1 P4D package, and mislabeled it for FSX. So the v1.1 file in the library is for 64bit P3D (P4D), as stated in the readme file. No FSX/32bit P3D compatible package is available right now. I’ll correct that ASAP. Sorry again for that.

  9. Hello! I have just uploaded at Flightsim's file library two separate packages for Nemeth Designs Ka-32 for FSX/32bit P3D and 64bit PD (P4D) with the following features : For FSX/ 32bit P3D : Cockpit sounds for the FSX version : sounds are played at clicks on switches, knobs, covers, levers and so on Startup and shutdown sounds for the APU Correction of a few typos and inconsistencies in the sound.cfg, so that both engine startups can be heard from the VC. To bring the helicopter in the cold and dark status (described as “Interior Checks” in the manual), push the pilot’s collective top button (below the cover) The GPS/Avionics is switched on and off through the VHF1 switch in the overhead panel For 64bit P3D : Startup and shutdown sounds for the APU Correction of a few typos and inconsistencies in the sound.cfg, so that both engine startups can be heard from the VC. To bring the helicopter in the cold and dark status (described as “Interior Checks” in the manual), push the pilot’s collective top button (below the cover) The GPS/Avionics is switched on and off through the VHF1 switch in the overhead panel I made a mistake while zipping the 64bit P4D package, so please wait for the v1.1 version (which has just been uploaded). Thanks a lot to ND for allowing me to publish this mod.

  13. An optional patch for The Seabee Redux v2 is out! https://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/fslib.php?do=copyright&fid=208551 It fixes a faint purple haze on the upper edge of the radio box, and adds custom keystrokes to F5-F6-F7-F8 keys for easier flaps and gear lever actuation.
  14. Hello danwelle, I have just tested a modified pump logic that runs as per your proposal, and it feels right. So I am packing this up (along with a fixed radio texture) and upload it as soon as possible. I'll post the thread on the forum.
  15. Hello, I am a VC mouse click addict, what explains the way it is designed. Changing the Fx keys to suit your suggestion is quite easy, I%u2019ll post how to do it on the forum thread in the next few days. Thanks for the heads-up!
