  1. Hello all, This I post this in the hopes it's the best forum to bring this up. If not, my apologies beforehand. In 2019 I was fortunate to order and pay for both the Honeycomb Alpha yoke and Bravo throttle from SimWare. I received the yoke in 2019, no problems at all. I received notification in early December 2020 that my throttle had been shipped via DHL and received the tracking number. I checked the shipping status daily. The last update was on 12/29/2020 which stated it was at the DHL facility waiting for transport to the US and then to be handed off to the USPS for final delivery. I receive the same status to this day. Really, a whole month? Despite multiple email inquiry's to both SimWare (one to Aerosoft just today since they are now responsible) and DHL, I have yet to receive any responses. Very frustrating to say the least! -Does anyone know why it would take so long to ship? I realize it's a different world than it was in 2019 - Does anyone have a different contact for either company besides what is on their public websites? I really don't want to have to make international phone calls if I can avoid it. I'm trying to be patient, but good grief! Thanks!
  2. I appreciate everyone's responses! Unfortunately I had a MBR failure. I had to re-format the drive and re-install Windows...ugh! Not fun having to put everything back together. Luckily I had backups of all of my important things and was able to bring the computer back to life. I was able to re-load MSFS2020 which took quite a while due to all of the updates. I haven't had a chance to fly yet but will do so next weekend. Thanks again all!
  3. It's a good copy... a retail version purchased at a big box store. Everything was kept up to date (Windows, drivers, etc.)
  4. I've been extremely lucky using FS2020 and have experienced very little issues, until yesterday. When I launched the sim, I received the following fatal error: "Please make sure your hardware is supported by this application. Please refer to the ReadMe file (ComUDPWin_Z)" The computer then shut down. Upon restarting, Windows would not boot. Nothing, nada. Windows recovery options not working either. As luck would have it, I bought a secondary SSD drive last week and installed a mirror image from the original drive. I booted from the new one and it worked! However, upon launching the sim, I received the same fatal error message and computer shut down. And of course, it won't boot. Just before all of this happened I ran several antivirus/antimalware programs and all came back clear so a bug shouldn't be the issue. I'm very perplexed. I know it's a long shot, but any ideas what could cause such catastrophic results? Intel i8700 32 Gigs DDR4 3600 RAM 500 Gigs SSD 2 TBs SSD NVIDIA 2080Ti
  5. Great post, man! By the way, I'm originally from down your way and went to many, many air shows at Ellington Field back in the day. Fond memories seeing the space shuttle Enterprise when it landed there on 747 piggyback!
