  1. I feel like this is a stupid question but, when pressing the right rudder pedal while taxiing, should the aircraft turn right? Mine turns left! And, when pressing the left pedal while taxiing the aircraft turns right! Shouldn't the aircraft turn in the direction of the depressed pedal?
  2. I recently installed Logitech's rudder pedals and, while they work fine as far as a flight control system there is a problem. When I launch FSX with the pedals plugged in, the opening screen shot (cockpit) is locked and the cursor has no effect as far as moving around in the sim and/or pulling up different views. And, I can't get out of the sim when this happens. I have to pull the plug on the computer and reboot. After I reboot and get the computer working again, if I unplug the rudder pedals it locks up the computer again. Any ideas? Thanks, Curt
  3. Installed Logitech rudder pedals and found that if they are plugged in when I open FSX the opening screen shot of the cockpit is locked and I can't move around in the sim or make selections with the cursor. I have to unplug the power cord to reboot the computer. If, after rebooting, I unplug the rudder pedals, it locks up the computer, requiring another reboot by unplugging the power cord since I can't make any selections with the mouse. Any ideas? Thanks, Curt
  4. Installed Logitech rudder pedals and found that if the pedals are plugged in when I open FSX the opening screen shot of the cockpit is locked and the cursor is unable to move around in the sim, and I have to unplug the computer to reboot. If I unplug the rudder pedals after rebooting it locks up the computer. Any ideas what the cause might be? Thanks, Curt
  5. Thanks Kizer, I did and got the brakes functioning properly but, I now have a problem with the controller locking up the computer. If the pedals are plugged in when I launch FSX I can't switch cockpit views, view outside, can't move around the cockpit, nothing works! Can't exit FSX because I can't change the page it opens in, which is the cockpit view. Have to do control, alt, delete. Can't shut the computer down normally so I have to pull the power cord. After I reboot and open FSX (without the pedals plugged in), everything works, just can't steer on the ground. Plug the pedals in and they work fine. Exit FSX, unplug the pedals and the computer locks up. Feel like I'm stuck in the Twilight Zone!
  6. Just installed Logitech rudder pedals in FSX. Rudder seems to work fine but, during approach when I employ the rudder the "BRAKE" indication comes on and will not go off, releasing the brakes. Did not use the toe brakes at all but for some reason when I use the rudder it actuates the brakes and they won't release. Hard to taxi with the brakes locked on. Is there anyway to disable the toe brakes altogether?
  7. I meant "pedals"! LOL. I have FSX.
  8. I'm wanting to add and use rudder peddles. Any suggestions for a quality product? Any product(s) I should avoid? Thanks.
