Probably be upgrading my Ryzen 5 2600x, RX580 PC at some point. Waiting for AMD and Nvidia's new GPU's releases before I make any purchases.

Needing to keep a disk in the drive has not been confirmed. In fact once installed FSX did not need a disk in the drive either.

Ryzen will be fine, the GPU is however very important. Get the best one you can afford.

16Gb ram minimum. 500Gb->1Tb SSD. Drop the HDD. The rest seems fine for 1080p.
