  1. I saw a converter that says it can convert from fsx to msfs but I did not try to use it. I did see someone converted the 737-800 from fsx to be used in msfs and I used it but it had no control panel functional..... Thanks
  2. WE do not have instant replay any longer either. for now. also you can no longer increase rate of sim. but slew is still around lol
  3. Real life positioning it is on the airport side of Hwy 26. Flying heading 353 might have you looking for it for a really long time. It is just east of the airport. (KAVL)
  4. Thank you for the good feed back. I have been out of flight sim for a whlie. Very unfortunately but getting good feed back really makes me want to get back at this. Thanks.
  5. andyjohnson -- are you not even getting a compass showing on your screen? Some times the green marker is so far off that you will not see it until you get in the air
  6. All I can say is that I see a point of confustion here, I have three folders, 1. Bahamas Tour 2. Instant Mission Maker and then 3. Bahamas Tour If you put Bahamas Tour In your missions directory that is not going to work. However if you merge the Instant Mission Maker folder (if it already exists) or if you create the Instant Mission Maker folder with the "Bahamas Tour" folder in it --- then -- It should work
  7. Based on this post and after reviewing the zip file I submitted I will admit it was my error. I did not include the scenery file in the package. However if Instant Mission Maker folder is inside the mission folder it should be a working mission. I will re submit as soon as possible.
  8. Another point, knowing what it is like to drive with some one that trusts me versus someone that does not. I would much rather have a trusting passenger. Or is it my imagination I get this vibe. Although I did actually ask the person. One more question/point of course an instructor prefers a cool calm and collected student yes/no? If anyone even got the comparison of driver/ passenger --- instructor/student and... yes dual controls make a plane much different but still i do not think this is a total apples and oranges comparison..
  9. Maybe I can sum this up with a brief closing question. 'Does a good instructor know right away who just does not have what it takes.... if the money part of it is not factored in...??
