Well , the manual cache is 26 or 40 Gb(if I remember well because can't access anymore! But, before the update, it did open after a while (say minutes).Thanks for our help

Hello! A problem appears, apparently after the update: whenI want to look into the manual cache, the line changes color, and then the sim freezes. not just taking ime to retrieve data , because it lasts for ever. No action possible, the only way to go on is to kill the sim with the task manager! Memories and CPU are far from oversressed. Anybody has a clue? thanks

Hello, Nice screenshots, and nice flight, but we should not be so appreciative of the rendering of the area by MS. so many mistakes, the new high Atlantic bridge will not let a cargoship through! the second set of locks is afrom a shot more than 5 years old, the bridge of the centenary is for sure nicer than this one, the less than a dozen high rises in Panama city should be closer to a hundred! and so many others. As for everywhere, they gave priority to the eye candy agains accuracy, a shame! Ayway we fly for pleasure and improvements will come -hopefully!- good flights to all. Michel P.S.: We critisize Bing, but Google earth is not terribly better there...

Further more, even if not what we want: when in cockpit mode, on digital display planes, bring your mouse to the PFD and pres AltGr(the right side Alt), click again when it shows a"+".it will bring the PFD on another display, then do the same with MFD, and you get a full view of both, that you can enlarge, but, as they are only the displays,you still have to get back to the first cockpit view to tune any knob. Not fully satisfactory, but still a usefull first step to the many windows we could enjoy with the other sims. Also it has a bad effect on the FPS (down 10 for me!). Good flights, Michel.

The more I fligh, the more desappointed I am by this scam! out of the wonderfull eye candy of the sightseeing from altitude, all is wrong. outdated bing datas, awfull AI work on buildings and sure, bridges! Sorry can't succeed loading a screenshot of the river Seine (France) two first and prominent High bridges, but their representation is NOT acceptable. Plenty like that plus some underwater, and everywhere. I lke flying VFR in France, and only the position of the roads and rivers are quite accurate, you can't rely on villages to correct your track, some are missing! Too many errors to mention everywhere in the whole world. How many patches will we have to wait for, knowing that the second one did not adress the needss!

Thanks for the tip, It works, you can even drag out both displays, but not the buttons and commands, so you still need to go back to the cockpit camera to change or tune anything. we really long for a complete detachable cockpit window!

Hey, It's not that bad, , the Sim is not "saturated with glass cockpits", Through the whole hangar of the Sim, we have eleven planes with analog cockpits, plus those with analog back-ups. We sure like to get a good DC3, a Beaver,a Beech 18, an AC560, but that will come in time. I find more neede some update correcting the mistakes, glitches, missing airports, and erratic behaviors. Hi, got the same issue with not succeeding to map a second engine throttle on the Saitek throttle levers, was working nice in P3D. I think we better have to start a specific post on that one...

Flyer Doc: Sorry, I forgot to say that SPADNeXt did propose updates wich popped up on my screen few days ago. I did let them install, it might have been what you need.Good luck

FlyerDoc: I use SPADNeXt registered and it did recognize FS on the spot, there are even specific FS assignments for the buttons or switches. Hope you can solve that.

IHello, don't be so disapointed with that problem, there are other more ennoying... I use SPADNEXT, wich allows my switch and multi panels Saitek-logitech to work correctly, providing you just register the plane you use in the SPAD profile. Just some issues with starting the engines, the start switch works, but sometimes the engine(s) don't really fire, a quick Ctrl+e solves the glitch. Good luck, fly safe(and fun)

Well, after such hopes, it will be difficult not to use it to its full specs, but, but, this so crisp landscape is so full of errors, rivers with bends banking like a speedway, bridges only receiving amphibian cars( even in a important town like Paris or London) Look at the place were a castle is suppose to be : a house or building instead. And I speak of their ultra quality. Is really Bing maps that wrong? Only the accuracy of positioning the items , villages, cities, roads,railways, etc.which makes it more VFR flyable than the other Sims, that's why I will wait and hope they correct and update. But, all in all, that is not the breathtaking results we were waiting for, and tht they trumpeted for so long. Huge work from Asobo, but finally a Microsoft product...
