  1. Ah..Absolutely marvelous....Thanks for that, It worked...I'm missing the buildings/hangars, etc. But that's OK I can edit and or add or use other HAAB airports now that I know what to do. If anyone is in the same trouble, now they know what to do. Thanks again for the help, much appreciated. Thanks again and all of the best.
  2. Hi and thanks for the reply...it certainly looks that way now that you mention it...However, next question would be how to determine what's what? Airports and elevations are all *.bgl files...?? Thanks again GB
  3. Hey guys, I have the scenery config editor and it does not report any issues... After trying to rectify the altitude problem, all I get is what you see in the pic attached.. Thanks GB
  4. Hi there and thanks for the reply. I have that specific one as well, but I can't get it to work, did you remove the stock airport or just left it there? Thanks GB
  5. Hi Jorgen and thanks for taking the time to reply. I have freemesh and installed the Africa/horn of Africa terrain meshes as well, but no joy. I get some airports with runways under the sand and a flattening polygon usually fixes that problem, but this one got me stumped...Tried other HAAB user created airports, but nothing works. I have removed/uninstalled those. Thanks again and all of the best GB
  6. Hi all, I know this is an old thread, however the issue/s still persist. I have FSX Acceleration, ADE and tried all sorts of polygons, etc. Read posts in different forums, but haven't had any luck. If I place flatten polygons I get an airport with runways up in the air. The stock airport is in a canyon. Now I lived in Ethiopia and know Bole airport pretty well and it's not in a canyon. Is there any solution to this? I read on another thread that FSX Planner could resolve the issue, but I don't want to spend money if the thing doesn't work. Mallcott asked to show the content of fsx.cfg...Do you need the whole thing or a specific section? I have attached a sample pic of the airport. Thanks guys and all of the best GB
  7. Hi all, I'm using Instant Mission Maker to create missions. It's working well and have created a few with no issues. However...And here it comes....There a re no flight plans created for the mission itself. I have used Little NavMap to create a Flight plan which corresponds to the mission in IMM...Same waypoints, routes, etc. No probs there. So littlenavmap and imm mission are the same, basically. Is there a way to edit the mission file FLT and point to the flight plan file? All I'd like to achieve is to have the flight path on the garmin in the plane. I have tried to add the [GPS_Engine] FileName=flightplan_for_mission And placed the flightplan_for_mission above in the same folder as the mission, but I get the error: Error loading GPS Engine. Flight PLan will not be used.. Maybe it can't be done with IMM missions? If so, is there another mission editor that can allow that? Thanks folks GB FSX Deluxe with acceleration pack Win 7x64
  8. Hi Guys..Thanks again for the replies... Turning DX10 preview off works.. I will do that when I want to fly with these aircraft.. Thanks again for the help and all of the best...
  9. I do apologize again. Unfortunately I have to work to survive. It wasn't done because of any malice or disregard, I'm not like that. OK, so I have downloaded the t-45-1.zip as suggested, however, none liveries are shown, only a grey plane. Cockpit is sort of OK by turning off the lights as explained in the readme file. My system is FSX Deluxe with acceleration pack. I do get the same grey plane and same cockpit with some other planes as well: Embraer KC-390 from fyawaysimulations Transall C-160 from fyawaysimulations Casa 295M from fyawaysimulations I have followed the installation instructions as per text files in the packages. I run Windows XP pro x64 / 32GB RAM / 1TB SSD / i7 3.4GHz CPU.. Thanks again to all who have taken the time to reply..Hopefully this coming week is going to be better work-wise... Gianni
  10. Hey guys..sorry..hectic week...Apologies I've been away. I will check on the links you've kindly provided..Thanks again guys.. GB
  11. Hi there and thanks for the replies.. To be perfectly honest, i cannot remember where I downloaded it from..I can remove it and then re-download it from wherever you suggest..No drama.. Thanks again GB
  12. Hi all and sorry if this was posted before. I downloaded the above and installed it per instructions. However, cockpit views are transparent. Obviously I have/haven't done something to make it that way I have FSX with acceleration pack Win7 32gb RAM 1TB SSD Nvidia 6GB graphics card. Thanks to all in advance, Bosco.
