  1. Found some things in the aircraft.cfg file that needed correction and solved the problems of veering to the left and/or going in reverse direction during the take-off acceleration: - Contact points: point.15, at point 1 (Longitudinal Position) the value was -4.08. Changed this to -48.0 (same value when compared to point.14, point 1). (Now symmetrical values for point.14 and point.15) - Contact points: point.6 thru point.9, at point 0 (Class) changed indicator from 1 (wheel) to 2 (scrape). Solved the problems for me, this plane now takes off fine and flies very well in FSX.
  2. Just tried this beautiful aircraft in FSX / Windows 10. However (as sfgarland already mentioned), when taking off, after gaining some speed and still in the water, it suddenly veers to the left and goes into reverse. Something is wrong here, something wrong in the aircraft.cfg or air file perhaps? I have several other types of flying boats and sea planes in FSX that take off and land just fine. So nothing wrong with my FSX settings.
