Well known freeware development group Tenkuu Developers Studio (TDS) announces the release of the Boeing 737 MAX 7 v3 for FS2004 and Prepar3D v4. Because of the problem of unpermitted MSFS 2020 migration of FSX aircraft designs, they have chosen not to release an FSX version. The new base model is now available in the FlightSim.Com file library.
FS2Crew is pleased to announced that FS2Crew for the PMDG 777 has been updated to Version 3.4. This is a free update that brings FS2Crew in line with the recent PMDG 777 update.
Just Flight has released an updated v3.0.0.8 for Air Hauler 2 for FSX/P3D. FSX and Prepar3D fans can now take control of their own freight and passenger company. Operate both from the board room and the cockpit as you create your own virtual airline empire. The update includes a long list of improvements and fixes.
Fabio Merlo announces the March update release for the version 4.5 of FlightControlReplay Professional, the highly acclaimed and complete record / replay utility for MSFS, Prepar3D and FSX. The update is free for all registered users.
PMDG announces the release of their 777-200ER Expansion for Prepar3D v4 and v5. The PMDG 777-200ER Expansion Package adds three new airframes to your 777 fleet, each with its own engine variant, performance mode, sound model, airframe and flight deck differences.
Developer Parallel 42 has announced the end of line for their 777 Immersion V1 product for Prepar3D v4. Initially released in 2014, this product improves the PMDG 777 with a variety of special effects. In its place a new V2 is coming which will support the PMDG 777 in Prepar3D v5, which includes a new -200ER variant.
New from Aerosoft for Prepar3D v4/v5 is Bratislava M. R. Stefanik Airport. It features a detailed airport infrastructure including administrative buildings, hangars, etc. plus static vehicles like fire trucks, fuel tankers and official vehicles. Also included is a detailed version of the city.
Just Flight has just posted an update on the progress of their Fokker F28 Fellowship for Prepar3D, showing a series of internal screen shots of the very detailed cockpit. The Captain, Co-Pilot and jump-seat positions are modelled with nearly all switches, knobs and levers animated and functional.

Scenery developer Taxi2Gate announces that they have released Indianapolis International Airport (KIND) for Prepar3D v5, and that an installer for P3D v4 will be coming soon. The scenery features custom ground textures, detailed 3D objects, realistic ground markings, etc.
In their forums PMDG has posted an update on their release plans for their Boeing 777 for Prepar3D. A final build is being tested now and release is now planned for February 27.
Over on the Orbx forums, Ed Correia has provided a development update on openLC Asia for P3D. openLC transforms the landclass in the sim to better match the real world, and provides a much richer experience for details as you fly. Development for Prepar3D is taking longer than expected.
New developer BravoAirspace announces the release of MDSD - Las Americas International Airport, located near Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. This brings a new Caribbean destination to Prepar3D v4/v5, with plans also to make a version for MSFS 2020. The scenery includes hundreds of original custom textures, dynamic lighting, custom approach lighting, SODE jetways and much more.
Bluegrass and WestWind Airlines are running the 20th Annual Great Australian Air Rally in March. The rally consists of ten daily legs. Flight information will be made available for FS2004, FSX, P3D and X-Plane. Details of the flights and weather are provided so that anyone with a different simulator can make up their own flight plans.
