      Aerosoft Updates Airbus Series For P3D V4

      Aerosoft has announced that both products in their Airbus Series for Prepar3D v4 have been updated to version 1.2.4.0. An extensive set of improvements and fixes has been included as part of this announcement. The changes apply to Aerosoft - A320/A321 Professional and Aerosoft - A318/A319 Professional.

      Onfinal Studio Releases Reus Airport

      Danish scenery designer Onfinal Studio has released a freeware scenery of Reus Airport for Prepar3D v4.4. Reus is located in Spain, south of Barcelona, and is used mainly for charter flights for tourists destined for one of the nearby beach resorts.

      REX Simulations April Product Updates

      REX Simulations announces updates on several of their flight simulator products. On Sky Force 3D technical update 2.1 has been tested and is undergoing validation. WX Advantage is being updated to support Prepar3D v4.5. Testing on the new Environment Force is coming along well and release is expected soon.

      Review: Accu-Sim P-51D Military

      The North America P-51D Mustang is one of the great airplanes of WWII and thanks to A2A Simulations Prepar3D pilots can fly a very realistic version in the Accu-Sim P-51D Military. Reviewer Raymond Andersen found it to be extraordinarily well modeled and termed it a "must have". Based on his findings we've given it our Award Of Excellence.

      LatinVFR Releases KMSY New Orleans Int'l Airport For P3D v4

      LatinVFR announces the release of their newest scenery for Prepar3D v4, KMSY New Orleans International Airport in Louisiana, USA. It features one of the newest and most modern terminals in the US, due to open in May 2019. In addition to all airport buildings, the scenery includes nearby surroundings, ship traffic in the Mississippi River, SODE lighting and effects and more.

      Aerosky - Alternative Shaders

      AeroSky announces the release of Alternative Shaders for Prepar3D v4.4 and v4.5. This product takes advantage of the new color technology in the latest versions of P3D to give a more realistic picture with smooth transitions of color. It also includes a new set of sky textures.

      FlightSimLabs - A320-X / A319-X for P3D Update v2.0.2.347

      With the release of Prepar3D v4.5 FlightSimLabs has now released an update for their A320-X / A319-X. More than just an update to support P3D v4.5, it has lots of new features and fixes as well. Included are new high definition flight performance models, ice and rain simulation, reworked external model, sound improvements and more.

      Aeroplane Heaven - Heinkel He-111 P2

      Aeroplane Heaven announces the release of the Heinkel He-111 P2 for FSX and Prepar3D. Recognizable by its "glass house" nose, the bomber was used during the Spanish Civil War and WWII. It comes with ten liveries and is accurately modelled in high fidelity with a great amount of authentic details.

      Grand Island Sim Annouces St Johns and Zanzibar

      Developer Grand Island Sim has been quiet for a while but has now announced two new scenery packages. The first is St Johns CYYT and judging by the screen shots it is fairly well along. Also announced is Zanzibar HTZA which is still early in development. St Johns is expected for Prepar3D late this year, with an X-Plane version a few months later.

      Leonardo Maddog X P3D v4.5 And Development Status

      In their forums, Leonardo Software has provided an update on their Fly The Maddog aircraft for Prepar3D. An open beta of the latest version will be available shortly and is already compatible with the just released Prepar3D v4.5. They say that Fly The Maddog X will be one of the first add-ons to take full advantage of the new features in P3D v4.5.
