    Review: Orbx Caernarfon Airport for X-Plane 11

    it's always nice to have a reviewer who knows the airfield under review, and reviewer Paul Mort fits the bill in examining Caernarfon Airport in Wales published by Orbx. He was very pleased with the stunning scenery and now considers it one of his favorite airports.

    Review: Just Flight - Mosquito FB Mk VI

    The De Havilland DH.98 Mosquito was one of the great planes to come out of Great Britain during WWII. Originally thought of as a bomber, the "Mossie" ended up serving in a variety of roles. Reviewer Dale Ashcroft found the experience to be "sensational", being fun to fly and particularly immersive when used with VR.

  • Aerobask Previews Falcon 8X Avionics

    Aircraft designer Aerobask announced on Facebook a new video they've produced showing the avionics and CMF/AFIS screens and tabs for their upcoming Falcon 8X for X-Plane. No further details are provided. They've been working on this plane for over a year now.

    UK2000 Scenery MSFS Update

    Developer UK2000 Scenery has some news on their plans for the new Microsoft Flight Simulator. They intend to fully embrace MSFS and will be actively developing scenery for it. This will of course take time, as existing scenery cannot simply be ported over to the new sim. They intend to fully remake each scenery and it will take a long time.

    Aerosoft - Vidan Design Aarhus X Released

    Vidan Design announces the release of Aarhus X scenery for FSX and Prepar3D, published by Aerosoft. This is a highly detailed recreation of the airport EKAH in Denmark. The scenery features a highly detailed terminal, dynamic apron lights, custom ground support vehicles, photoreal ground textures, custom military buildings and more.

    Indiafoxtecho Aermacchi MB-339A Coming to MSFS

    Master aircraft designer Dino Cattaneo will be bringing his talents to the new Microsoft Flight Simulator. His company Indiafoxtecho has announces plans for two versions of the Aermacchi MB-339A. The first will be a more basic version, released as quickly as possible and inexpensive to buy. Later, a "Pro Version" will come with an advanced flight model and custom systems.

    We've just received word that the annual FSweekend held at the Aviodrome Aviation Museum in Lelystand, The Netherlands, has been cancelled for 2020. Sponsors hope to return with a very great FSweekend in 2021.

    Boundless EGBB Birmingham Continues In Development

    The newest scenery project from Boundless is Birmingham Airport (EGBB) for X-Plane. Today they report more progress and some new screen shots. With the completion of the main NCP multi-storey carpark most of the east side custom buildings are now done.

    Digital Design Releases Tenerife-South V2

    Digital Design announces the release of their new Prepar3D v5 scenery for Tenerife South. A version for P3D v4 will come later. The scenery features the whole island of Tenerife using PBR materials. It has a sloped runway, new ground textures and markings, SODE windsocks and jetways, buildings with interior lighting and much more.

    ToLiss Announces A319/A321 Updates

    Aircraft developer ToLiss announces updates for their Airbus A319 and A321 for X-Plane. Available near the end of the month, the update will include sound system fully transitioned to FMOD, joystick command support for TCA sidestick and thrust levers, TCAS now supports up to 63 other aircraft, and more.

    Tailstrike Designs LICR MSFS Preview

    Scenery designer Tailstrike Designs offers some news and in-sim screen shots of their upcoming Reggio Calabria LICR scenery for the new Microsoft Flight Simulator.
