After a long absence, Windsock Simulations returns with a progress report on their upcoming Madrid Airport scenery for X-Plane 11. Development is coming to a finish, with just a few things to fix, and with expectations that beta testing will begin this month. A new crop of pictures is included with the announcement so show the current state of things.

Fresh on the X-Plane scenery gateway is freeware scenery of Wels Airfield LOLW in Austria. It is not used for commercial scheduled services but features business and general aviation as well as private and military training flights and medical transportation.

The VSKYLABS Test Pilot Rutan Model-158 ("Pond-Racer") for X-Plane by Laminar Research is now reported to be coming "really soon", i.e. in about a week or so. This model that is truly an "x-plane" will be ready for your hangar shortly.

Just Flight has released an updated v3.0.0.8 for Air Hauler 2 for X-Plane 11. X-Plane fans can now take control of their own freight and passenger company. Operate both from the board room and the cockpit as you create your own virtual airline empire. The update includes a long list of improvements and fixes.

Though the initial release was just a few days ago, Axonos now has available an updated v1.1 of their KMEM Memphis International Airport for X-Plane 11. The update adds buildings and antennas, new main terminal textures and makes various fixes.

ToLiss has issued a long awaited update on their Airbus A340-600 project for X-Plane 11. New images show that the cockpit 3D model is complete and cockpit texturing and animation are in progress. There is still work to do on the exterior and system. Delivery is planned for the second half of 2021.

It looks and feels like the real thing, with painstaking attention to details.

Sometimes people do pretty amazing things with just stock scenery objects, such as this recent addition to the X-Plane scenery gateway. Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (LFPG) by "Litjan" looks remarkably realistic and is a nice addition to the X-Plane 11 scenery.

Gaya Simulations announces an update to their X-Plane scenery for Vienna Airport (LOWW). The north pier terminal now has interior modelling. Also improvements include better ground service equipment, new model static A320, additional buildings and a number of fixes.

Laminar Research announces an update to X-Plane. X-Plane 11.52 is an incremental bug-fix patch. This release includes a fix for a crash in networking code, and a command line workaround for users unable to access settings without a crash.
