    TDS Releases NMA6 Research Model 2018

    Today TDS announces the release of their latest airliner for FS2004/FSX, the Boeing NMA6 Research Model 2018. The "New Mid-market Aircraft" is designed to replace the 757 on longer range routes. The Tenkuu Developers Studio version is now available for download from the FlightSim.Com file library.

    HJG Web Site Update - 3 Years In The Making

    Historic Jetliners Group announces a major upgrade to their DC-10 for FS2004 and FSX. Flight simulator pilots can now enjoy improved panels (twelve versions, including standard and tape engine instrumentation). The eleven DC-10 base packs have also been updated with the FDE and some 3D model editing, and new sound packs have also been released.

    Coming Soon - Flight Sim 2018

    Just to be clear, Flight Sim 2018 is an exciting convention for flight simulator fans and not new software! Held in October at the RAF Museum, Cosford, UK, it's the world's largest one day flight sim show, with over 1200 expected to attend. Now in its sixth year, this has become a major meeting place for serious aviation simulator fans in the UK and beyond.

    VATSIM Previews Swift Client

    LatinVFR Releases Bermuda Scenery

    LatinVFR has just released their scenery of Bermuda for FS2004 and FSX. It includes the complete archipelago with thousands of hand-placed objects. The L.F. Wade International Airport is a highlight of the scenery, being completely modeled with lots of details. All islands are covered with photo scenery as a base with hand-placed autogen plus things like major hotels and other landmarks.

    TDS Boeing 757-200 PAX Released

    Today the long awaited Boeing 757-200 PAX model for FS2004 and FSX has been released by TDS - Tenkuu Developer Studio. Developer Hiroshi Igami notified us of the release and also the first repaint to show up in our file library. TDS continues to demonstrate that quality complex jetliners can be made as freeware.

    OnCourse Software Releases PF3 ATC v3.8.0

    OnCourse Software announces the release of the latest update v3.8.0 for their flight simulator ATC program PF3. The program works with FS2004, FSX and P3D. It can also be configured to work with X-Plane.

    1000 Repaints On PAD

    The Premier Aircraft Design web site, which was founded by the late Barry Blaisdell in 1995 and is now run by U.K. based Bob May, has reached the significant figure of 1,000 available repaints. All the repaints are of FS2004 and FSX PAD models, which number over 50, ranging from airliners to ultralights.

    Review: First Class Sim - Vickers Wellington Bomber

    Sometimes our writers like to look at an older product that remains a favorite. In this review Felicity Smith looks at the Vickers Wellington from First Class Sim for FS2004 and FSX. The Wellington was used throughout WWII and obtained a good reputation. The flight simulator version faithfully manages to bring this aircraft to life, with four different variants of the plane plus an RAF base scenery and several missions.
