Mexico City is one of the top ten most populated cities in the world and deserves a good look in MSFS 2020. Thanks to developer FlyMex Simulations and their scenery package Mexico City VFR Landmarks flying over this area now gives Microsoft Flight Simulator users lots of interesting and realistic buildings to see, even including things like the pyramids at Teotihucan. The Where In The World series challenge from Ron Blehm continues into the new year. In this video, video team member thecorporatepilotdad takes a look at the Working Title CJ4 Mod for Microsoft Flight Simulator. This mod takes the default MSFS 2020 CJ4 bizjet and makes it much more realistic. The video is part review and part tutorial, showing how to do a VNAV and ILS approach. The author flies a plane using the same avionics in real life and was impressed with the realism found here.

Just Flight has issued what is expected to be their last set of screen shots before the release next week of their F-15 C, D, E & I Eagle for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Included in the pictures are all aspects of the included model variants that will be included in the final pack.
Scenery designer UK2000 announces that their Luton2020 HD scenery for MSFS 2020 has been updated to v1.05. This version removes the AFD approach data which was causing crashes at startup for some users. In addition, the UK2000 common library is now part of the product.
Orbx has announced that scenery of EG41 Fishburn Airfield is now available for X-Plane 11 as freeware. This is a small grass strip in County Durham, opened in 1995, and named "airfield of the year" by Flyer magazine in 2004. Created by Stefan Schroen and Sandro De Sarro who developed EG20 Clench Common.

Virtual airline Canadian Xpress announces their planes for their January 2021 monthly fly-in. This month participants will be flying over the Rockies, from Edmonton, the capital city of Alberta, to Victoria, the capital city of British Columbia.

Also known as Aristarchos Airport, it's a challenging destination with a short runway often affected by strong winds. The airport features UHD custom textures, custom mesh, PBR materials on every building, custom grass and trees and much more.
Scenery designer UK2000 Scenery has announced on Facebook that their next add-on for MSFS 2020 is nearing release. Glasgow 2020HD has been previewed with a bunch of new screen shots taking during beta testing. Microsoft Flight Simulator users will soon have this new destination to fly to.
New scenery developer Origami Studios announces that they are working on Gatwick Airport for X-Plane 11. Gatwick is unique for its high-density single-runway operations, and an interesting labyrinth of architectural developments that make up its north and south terminals. It will feature 4K PBR ground textures, moving ground traffic, SAM compatibility, etc.
As a follow-up to their two new products just released, Boundless Simulations has announced what their next projects will be. In development is scenery of Palm Springs (KSPS) and Shannon (EINN) airports. These are expected to be available for X-Plane 11 in a few months.
