    Review: Airport Layout Enhancement Solution

    Some of the best and most popular add-ons for flight simulator are those that change the overall look of the sim world you fly in. Airport Layout Enhancement Solution (ALES) from Pyreegue Dev. Co. does that for X-Plane by replacing default textures with high quality PBR texture including runways, signs, taxiway lines, pavement and helipads. Reviewer Bruno Esperanca enjoyed the effect on older and default airports.

    Review: Aerosoft - Mega Airport Barcelona Professional

    Aerosoft has released a number of versions of Barcelona over the years. The Mega Airport Barcelona Professional, produced for Prepar3D by Sim-Wings, is the best one yet. Reviewer Alex Dickinson found flying into this Catalan city a great experience, whether night or day. He found performance to be fantastic and enjoyed the many details.

    Review: vFlyteAir Ikarus C42C

    vFlyteAir offers a nice range of light aircraft for X-Plane pilots. In this review Stuart McGregor examines their Ikarus C42C, a plane that is relative simple but is actually packed with features, and with two variants included is like getting two planes for the price of one. He found the model to be of high quality and enjoyed the unusual features such as the parachute recovery system.

    GayaSimulation has posted an updated on several scenery projects. Their scenery of Courchevel and Meribel are going to be published by Orbx. They are also developing scenery of EGNX for X-Plane and Prepar3D. And finally an announcement of scenery for X-Plane and Prepar3D of another major airport in Europe.

    Toga Projects - Envshade SP1 Released

    ENVSHADE is a shaders enhancement for ENVTEX and Prepar3D. Envshade is now much more flexible: it still gives very realistic shaders enhancements out of the box but users are completely free to customize features such as HDR contrast, clouds brightness, clouds shadows opacity, water saturation and more.
