  • Gaya Simulations Previews More Upcoming MSFS Scenery

    "It's the final countdown" says scenery designer Gaya Simulations as they look forward to the release of the new Microsoft Flight Simulator. They have been busy making use of the preview version to work on at least three scenery packages for which they have recently provided some screen shots: Vienna, Kos and Zell Am See.

    TFDi Design MSFS 2020 Compatibility Plans

    TFDi Design has made an announcement about their MSFS plans. They have been actively testing their smartCARS 2, smartCARS Premium and PACX products in the new sim and now can announce that smartCARS2 and PACX will be compatible with MSFS at launch. They have no immediate plans to bring their TFDi Design 717 to MSFS.

    MSFS August 13th, 2020 Development Update

    With release just a few days away what more is there to announce? Well Microsoft still wanted to get in one last Microsoft Flight Simulator Development Update. Those who have the closed beta will lose access to it on August 17th. A new partnership series video introducing VATSIM has been released.     Development Update On Indiafoxtecho Long-EZ

    Developer Dino Cattaneo of Indiafoxtecho has news on his upcoming Long-EZ for the new Microsoft Flight Simulator. Following feedback from testers, the cockpit has been redesigned with larger instruments. The outer model is done but no final decision of liveries has been made. It should be ready for release about the time that MSFS launches.

    Photosim Labs MSFS Release Plans

    Scenery developer Photosim Labs has announced additional plans in regards to releases for the new Microsoft Flight Simulator. Those who buy their TISX scenery for Prepar3D will receive a discount on the MSFS version. They also state that their previously announced Cuba scenery will now be released for MSFS before Prepar3D and that there is a lot more Caribbean scenery coming for both P3D and MSFS.

    PILOT'S GesmbH Previews Alicante For MSFS

    Today long time developer PILOT'S reveals that they too are jumping into developing for the new Microsoft Flight Simulator. The announcement includes screen shots but few other details of upcoming scenery for LEAL Alicante Airport in Spain. They previously released this same airport for P3D v5.

    Aerosoft Previews First MSFS Airport Scenery

    Like many other developers, Aerosoft is hard at work creating add-ons for the new Microsoft Flight Simulator. Today they have news and in-sim screen shots of their first big airport scenery which will be Brussels Airport in Belgium. The supplied pictures indicate development is well on its way.
