Mexico City is one of the top ten most populated cities in the world and deserves a good look in MSFS 2020. Thanks to developer FlyMex Simulations and their scenery package Mexico City VFR Landmarks flying over this area now gives Microsoft Flight Simulator users lots of interesting and realistic buildings to see, even including things like the pyramids at Teotihucan. In this video, video team member thecorporatepilotdad takes a look at the Working Title CJ4 Mod for Microsoft Flight Simulator. This mod takes the default MSFS 2020 CJ4 bizjet and makes it much more realistic. The video is part review and part tutorial, showing how to do a VNAV and ILS approach. In this review, Raymond Andersen examines their TCA Officers Pack Airbus Edition to see how well they replicate a set of modern jetliner controls. He found it to be a superb and high quality package that was easy to set up and use and recommends it to other demanding flightsim enthusiasts.

PrealSoft brings to life the city of lights with the release of Paris Landmarks For MSFS. Now Microsoft Flight Simulator users can see the capital of France with all its famous buildings and landmarks. You'll see such POIs as the Stade de France, the Pantheon, Parc des Princes, Notre Dame and much more, including 19 famous bridges.
VSKYLABS continues to work on their Advanced Terrain Vehicle for X-Plane 11, with development now focusing on VR operations and on developing a custom-made power transmission gear system emulation, for replicating the power gradient/distribution during shifting.
New from Orbx for MSFS 2020 is ENTO Sandefjord. Torp Airport is a major Norwegian airport, located on the west side of the Oslofjord. The scenery features a detailed depiction of the airport, including interior modelling and passengers. A Prepar3D version will also be coming soon.
Aircraft developer Whiskey Jet Simulations is working on the Airbus A220 jetliner for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Their most recent set of screen shots show the work in progress aircraft flying in MSFS 2020 at night. Some details are still missing but the pictures show their progress.

REX brings their advanced weather technology to MSFS 2020 with REX Weather Force 2020. This is a new METAR-based dynamic real-time weather engine that will let you experience automated, dynamic and smooth weather transitions. It also offers weather scenarios and other features. Technical Update 1.3 has just been released with a long list of fixes and improvements.
New from Taburet is Atlanta XP for X-Plane 11, a complete scenery for the city of Atlanta, Georgia, day and night. It features custom objects, custom lighting, mesh terrain and autogen blended with photoreal base texturing. Objects and buildings are based on read world data.
This year Historic Airline Group begins a new series, Destination of the Month and Aircraft of the Month. Participating pilots are encouraged to try out the highlighted destination and aircraft, earning double ours by participating. January will features Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport and the Boeing 707.
