    Twentynine Palms KTNP Airport is the first project of Aerosoft's scenery development company 29Palms Scenery Design and JaraNet for X-Plane 10. It offers a whole new level of detail and realism, based on many references from the real airport. Reviewer Luke Webber was pleased with the results, finding it to be a very nice airport to visit.

    Review: Alabeo - C207 Skywagon

    If you are looking for a great looking aircraft where the flight dynamics are not overly important, then the Cessna 207 for FSX/P3D from Alabeo will be a great addition to your hangar. So concludes reviewer Nigel Porter who enjoyed the challenge of flying this very large single engine GA aircraft. It comes with both a regular and bush version, modern avionics, quality 3D model and textures and much more to enjoy.

    Civil Air Patrol Part One - USAF Auxiliary

    So, what do you do to stay in aviation after a career in the Air Force and with the airlines comes to an end? Tony Vallillo found his answer in the Civil Air Patrol, an auxiliary of the USAF that conducts search and rescue and other missions.     Review: BFDG - UH60 Blackhawk

    BFDG Studio offers one of the most famous military helicopters for X-Plane 11, the UH60 Blackhawk. It includes models for the Sikorsky UH-60 BlackHawk, SH-60 Seahawk and HH-60 Pavehawk and a large selection of liveries. Reviewer Paul Mort enjoyed the variety and was especially pleased with the copter's autopilot.

    Review: Aerosoft - Airport Svolvaer XP

    Aerosoft brings to X-Plane pilots Airport Svolvaer XP, featuring this small regional airport in the Lofoten area in northern Norway. It's a scenic location surrounded by fjords and towering mountains. Reviewer Luke Webber found the scenery exhilarating, with colorful orthographic imagery and a runway with a realistic sloping gradient, plus a detailed terminal, excellent lighting, some great animations and even the northern lights as a bonus.

While a busy airport with jet traffic, PAJN also features a parallel water runway. The scenery shows Orbx's usual great detail, reports reviewer Raymond Andersen.     Review: Chris Bell's Black Marble

    FSX and Prepar3D pilots who enjoy flying at night will surely enjoy using Chris Bell's Black Marble, reports reviewer Michael Hayward. Black Marble uses Open Street Maps (OSM) data to place accurate roads and 3D bridges. Then when flying at night it provides a completely new landscape with both 3D lighting and textures. With Black Marble night scenery has never looked so good.

    Review: Turbulent Designs Big Bear Airport

    Turbulent Design has created the first add-on scenery for Dovetail Games' Flight Sim World, showcasing Big Bear Airport in California. The airport and surrounding area include a huge amount of detail and show what can be done in FSW. It does lack some things, like seasonal textures, notes reviewer Michael Hayward but he finds it a place he enjoys flying to and from.

  • Flight Sim World Enters Next Phase of Development

    Dovetail Games has announced the next stage of development for Flight Sim World. This second phase will see the sim released from Steam's Early Access program as the development team moves towards making bigger, less frequent updates.     Aerosoft - Discus K Glider X
