With Hollywood Burbank Airport (KBUR) brings one of primary Los Angeles area airports to Microsoft Flight Simulator. Our reviewer MrYorkiesWorld pays a visit and finds that it is really a great looking airport with some amazing surrounding scenery, and calls it a must-have for MSFS 2020.

Mexico City is one of the top ten most populated cities in the world and deserves a good look in MSFS 2020. Thanks to developer FlyMex Simulations and their scenery package Mexico City VFR Landmarks flying over this area now gives Microsoft Flight Simulator users lots of interesting and realistic buildings to see, even including things like the pyramids at Teotihucan. Reviewer Diego Vega explores the city with words and a video and shows you what he found.

In this video, video team member thecorporatepilotdad takes a look at the Working Title CJ4 Mod for Microsoft Flight Simulator. This mod takes the default MSFS 2020 CJ4 bizjet and makes it much more realistic. The video is part review and part tutorial, showing how to do a VNAV and ILS approach. The author flies a plane using the same avionics in real life and was impressed with the realism found here.

Aerosoft turns to a scenic series of German coastal islands with its X-Plane 11 scenery title German Islands 1 East Frisia. The islands have small GA airports and gliding schools, giving lots of places to last while exploring the coastal region. Reviewer Wycliffe Barrett provides us both a video and text review while he enjoys flying the area.

Thrustmaster makes quite a range of nice control devices. In this review, Raymond Andersen examines their TCA Officers Pack Airbus Edition to see how well they replicate a set of modern jetliner controls. He found it to be a superb and high quality package that was easy to set up and use and recommends it to other demanding flightsim enthusiasts.

The MB-339 from developer IndiaFoxtEcho is the first military aircraft add-on for the new Microsoft Flight Simulator. Despite being somewhat held back by the current state of the MSFS 2020 SDK, reviewer Dale Ashcroft found the plane to be exceptional. It's not a study level aircraft but it is still created to a high standard, both in how it functions and in how it looks and sounds.

FSX and P3D pilots should enjoy flying the XL560 Citation, which is one of the larger planes made by Carenado. Reviewer Alex Dickinson enjoyed the higher performance over other Citations and found the plane to be well modeled overall. Details like PBR and dynamic lighting only added to the experience.

The new Microsoft Flight Simulator does a fine job of showing off beautiful regions of the world, which makes for a good reason to fly to Airfields East Frisian Islands. Stuart McGregor visits the six small airfields included in this Aerosoft product as his first adventure into the MSFS 2020 world. He finds that it transforms the basic default scenery into something that shows off what this new sim can do.

The Beechcraft D18S is a classic twin from the golden age of aviation, brought to the flightsim world by Carenado. In this review Richard Nurse takes a look at the plane for FSX/P3D and while he has some issues with some aircraft systems he found it to be a plane with great aesthetics and one that he enjoys flying and will continue to use.
