    Boeing 737-400 In MSFS

Developer Brandon Filer along with some friends appears to be working on a Boeing 737-400 for the new Microsoft Flight Simulator. Formerly a member of the TFDi design team, he thus brings the experience necessary to pull this off. Few details are provided, and the project appears to still be early in development.

This is the second best thing to happen in 2020, just behind the release of MSFS itself!!! (I've been waiting for a proper 737CL addon since the FSX days)

QW started to develop a 737CL but never finished, when the new msfs was announced I was a little dissapointed they didnt added the 737

When QW announced the cancellation of the 737CL (nee. Enigmasim) I was severely disappointed, and to add insult to injury, whoever wrote the press release was very ... obdurate ... about it (i.e. "we just cancelled the 737CL lol, up yours"). Thankfully their PR releases have become much friendlier since then.

As for the non-inclusion of the 737 in FS2020 by default, I suppose it may be a political move due to the current situation surrounding the 737MAX, and it would be a technical disservice to Boeing to showcase a non-current product (i.e. NG) in the sim. But I may be completely wrong; that's just my speculation.

Most of the content surrounding MSFS resides in your AppData folder. However, the FS structure as we know it is all but no more. It's a completely different animal. I'm furiously reading through the SDK to grasp a sense of how it all works.
