Virtualcol continues to improve their recently released Beechcraft 99 Series aircraft package for MSFS 2020. Based on user feedback, version 1.8.2 has been released today. This includes a number of fixes and improvements to things like sound, flaps, avionics, etc. There are still some remaining issues due to the current state of the sim itself and its SDK.

Created by Stairport Sceneries and published by Aerosoft, now available for Microsoft Flight Simulator is Airport Greater Moncton. This scenery depicts an extremely detailed recreation of Greater Moncton Roméo LeBlanc International Airport. It features 4K PBR textures, custom lighting and signs, custom static aircraft, special winter animations and more.

The FS Navigation Map Android app for MSFS 2020 has been updated. With the app the user can see a map of where they are flying, with airports, navaids, waypoints and other relevant information like radio frequencies, ILS headings and more. In the update, the flight plan can now be sent to the app, like with the FSX version.

IRIS Simulations has revealed that their next project for Microsoft Flight Simulator will be the F/A-18C Hornet. It's still early in development and the screen shots only show the interior. It's reported to be one of four fast movers planned for development over the next 24 months.

Just to show a bit more of what's possible in MSFS 2020, Just Flight has released some new shots of the PA-28R Arrow III following the reveal last week. These are taken at max resolution and demonstrate the pin-sharp quality. The interior shows a lot of wear and some old avionics, as would be typical of a plane of this vintage.

Two announcements from Historic Airlines Group. The first is that they now have 747 freighters carrying cargo as part of their fleet, from a variety of carriers. Second is that they have added USPS cargo operations, using Ryan International's fleet of 727-100F's. If you are looking to do some classic cargo flying, HAG knows cargo.

Just Flight has issued what is expected to be their last set of screen shots before the release next week of their F-15 C, D, E & I Eagle for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Included in the pictures are all aspects of the included model variants that will be included in the final pack.

Scenery designer UK2000 announces that their Luton2020 HD scenery for MSFS 2020 has been updated to v1.05. This version removes the AFD approach data which was causing crashes at startup for some users. In addition, the UK2000 common library is now part of the product.

Mexico City is one of the top ten most populated cities in the world and deserves a good look in MSFS 2020. Thanks to developer FlyMex Simulations and their scenery package Mexico City VFR Landmarks flying over this area now gives Microsoft Flight Simulator users lots of interesting and realistic buildings to see, even including things like the pyramids at Teotihucan. Scenery designer UK2000 Scenery has announced on Facebook that their next add-on for MSFS 2020 is nearing release. Glasgow 2020HD has been previewed with a bunch of new screen shots taking during beta testing. Microsoft Flight Simulator users will soon have this new destination to fly to.

SimWorks Studios announces the release of their first airplane for Microsoft Flight Simulator, the Zenith CH701 STOL. With this plane, MSFS 2020 have a great "sky jeep" for visiting those small bush airstrips. It features a detailed visual model based on factory drawings, realistic STOL flight model, real aircraft sounds, detailed cockpit and more. Also included is scenery of three small airports.

Orbx announces a new airport scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Developed by Jordan Gough, Tweed-New Haven Airport offers a new coastal destination in the state of Connecticut. It features HD airport buildings, functional ground services, custom static aircraft and more.

Macco Simulations announces that their MSFS 2020 scenery of Birmingham Airport EGBB BHX is now available in early access. The scenery features PBR textures, custom models, accurate night lighting, runway warning light and more.
