    VSKYLABS Phoenix Air U15 S-LSA Pro-Edition v5.0

The VSKYLABS Phoenix Air U15 S-LSA Pro-Edition v5.0 was just released!

Project version v5.0 highlights, update log, on-line POH and more can be found in the project main pages at the VSKYLABS web site.

This project is part of the VSKYLABS 'Test-Pilot' series, designed specifically for use with X-Plane 11.30+ cutting edge Experimental Flight Model (should be enabled in X-Plane's General Settings menu). The VSKYLABS U15 project was developed for X-Plane with the approval of 'Phoenix Air' (which are developing and manufacturing the U-15, stationed in the Czech Republic), as an independent VSKYLABS project. The VSKYLABS U15 Project variants were/are being used for various research purposes by 'Phoenix Air'.

    VSKYLABS Phoenix Air U15 S-LSA Pro-Edition v5.0

The Phoenix Air U-15 S-LSA aircraft was developed by Martin Stepanek, designed to comply with the FAI and the US FAA LSA rules. The U-15 is powered by a Rotax 912UL/ULS engine. It is made of composite materials, equipped with a removable/switchable wing-tips with the capability of changing its wingspan from 15m to 11m in less than a minute, and can be flown as light sport aircraft or as a motor glider. The Phoenix U-15 had participated in NASA Green Flight Challenge (conceptual design approaches and technologies to enable 200 Passenger Miles per Gallon).

The update is free to all current VSKYLABS U15 flyers!
