• Where in the World Feature 116

Our last submission was from "JJ" who gave us a tongue and brain twister from one of my all-time favorite sim locations: The Philippines! Taal Lake, Luzon; and for those feeling a sense of deja vu, the previous one that felt so similar was in Indonesia.

Where In The World?     Where In The World?

Those who took a stab at this baffling quiz:

    Joe Bowers
    Reid Gearhart
    Charlie Aron
    Dennis Knight
    Lou Wassenaar
    Peter Rodwell
    Daniel Kittler
    Frank Picard
    Kristjan Masing
    Christian Bachmann
    Roman Krauss
    Bob Bina
    Kevin Hall
    Dick Bronson
    Devin Mutschler
    Terry Labadie
    Steve Morley
    Dave Pull
    Viggo Butler
    Gerard Guichard
    Paul Close
    Bob Benoit
    Thomas Oftedal
    Fred Cox
    Ira Brotherston
    Geoff Eldridge
    Peter Margetts
    Bojo Perez
    Bernard Fresco

    Some incorrect locations suggested:

Not a wrong guess but Lou mentioned "Third Order Island", a four acre strip of land in a nameless lake in Kitikmeot, Unorganized, NU, Canada which is itself on a larger island in a series of lakes.

Someone did specifically mention Manila and that isn't quite close enough.

Clearly we're going to have to make these tougher!

Number 116 is from Charlie Aron who visited this location a few years ago and wrote, "It's a gorgeous place to visit with medieval walls, narrow, winding city streets and a well known Jewish Quarter. All of these sites can be taken in in one day. Where in the world was I?"

Where In The World?     Where In The World?

Where In The World?     Where In The World?
