• Canadian Xpress May 2019 Challenge - Dangerous Airports XV

    Canadian Xpress

This month's challenge takes us from Athens (LGAV) to Alexandros Papadiamantis Airport (LGSK) that is located on the Greek Island of Skiathos which has a narrow 5,341-foot runway due to the uneven terrain of the island and was built using reclaimed land making one island out of two.

Local plane spotters call Alexandros Papadiamantis airport the Princess Juliana Airport of Greece due to its proximity to local roads and aircraft are required to make their approach over the sea and touchdown very close to the beach.

Join Canadian Xpress today in order to participate as there are some great prizes to be won including:

    • Aerosoft products
    • Bonus flight hours
    • Canadian Xpress Monthly Challenge Award

The May 2019 Challenge is open to all Canadian XpressA® pilots from May 3rd, until May 29th, 2019.
