• 20 Years Of IVAO + Crowded Skies


    IVAO is Celebrating its 20th anniversary. The Big Celebration Date is: December 1st, 2018!

    What's coming up?

    1- The 20th Anniversary Airbridges!

    Our divisions are still organizing airbridges together to celebrate the anniversary of IVAO, almost every day! These airbridges will continue until our big celebration day! You can get an exclusive 20th Anniversary Divisional Awards by participating one of them!

    Additionally, an even more exclusive award will be given to those who participate in at least 20 airbridges!

    2- ATTENTION! The Big Celebration Day! December 1st, 2018

    This is the Day! This is when we will blow the 20 candles for IVAO.

    2.1- The 20th Anniversary Celebration Event!


    For pilots: Fly from and to two different approved airports to get the 20th Anniversary Award

    For ATC: Control one of the approved airports for at least 1 hour that day. OR - Control ANY AIRPORT from 1800z until 2000z to get the 20th Anniversary Award.

    2.2- The 20th Anniversary World Tour!

    The World Tours Department will also be opening a new tour, exclusively created for IVAO's 20th Year! The tour will open for a year-long and those who finish the tour will get another exclusive award!

    Requirement: Finish all the tour.

    2.3- The Crowded Skies!

    This year's crowded skies will be held on December 1st. The award design will be exclusive and new.

    Requirement: be online 20 minutes before and after the peak hour (19z)

    Remember, to get Crowded Skies award, you need be online at least from 1840z to 1920z

    Your Participation Matters

    Our sponsor, Aerosoft, will be donating 1 EUR per each connection to Project Mensch zu Mensch. For quite some time, Aerosoft has been supporting humanitarian projects in Ethiopia in cooperation with the Peckelsheim-based organization "Patenschaften von Mensch zu Mensch". With this project, further premises shall be added to the existing Disability Center which was build a while ago with help of donations from Aerosoft and others. So, your participation will matter!
