    VSKYLABS - HE-162

Back in 2015 VSKYLABS envision a "Test-Pilot" Project series and announced it in 2017. Two of the projects in the series have struggled but they've announced progress on another one, with some pictures of the HE-162.

    VSKYLABS - HE-162 cockpit

The real Heinkel He 162 Volksjager was entered in the WWII Emergency Fighter Program design competition. It's an awkward looking single jet engine powered airraft with limited range but a top speed of 559 mph - fast for the day. Surprisingly, it's mostly built of wood.

Awesome project and awesome products in general from VSKYLABS, I visited their website. The "catch" is that they only do models for X-plane. no FSX or P3D. That's really sad and unfortunate. Maybe those in charge may consider rolling out FSX and P3D versions?
