Virtual United Social Club, Inc. Enters Into Legal Agreement With United Airlines

After communicating with the company's legal representatives, Virtual United Social Club, Inc. (VirtualUA) has entered into a legal agreement with United Airlines, Inc. ("United").

This legal agreement recognizes VirtualUA as a non-profit organization and protects the organization against any legal action by United.

"This agreement between VirtualUA and United is a very remarkable accomplishment. We are one of the very few virtual airlines to receive an agreement from our real-world counterpart," said VirtualUA Founder & President Robby Sayles.

Although this agreement is not United's endorsement of or affiliation with VirtualUA, the agreement does allow VirtualUA to operate freely and without fear of infringing on United's intellectual property or brand.

"By going through this process, we were able to ensure that VirtualUA is on good terms with United and that we are operating within the limits and guidelines as set by United," said Tyler McBee, VirtualUA's vice president of marketing and communications."

This agreement is just the latest example of VirtualUA's increasing credibility and influence within the flight simulation community.
