Welcome to the Evektor EV-55 Outback for X-Plane 10 and 11, created for the X-Plane simulator by Auctus Delineations (AD). Before we get to the aircraft, first a little information about Evektor and AD.

Evektor is a manufacturing and engineering company that was founded in 1991 in the Czech Republic. According to their web site they have been working in aircraft design and development since 1992. If you wish to learn more about the Evektor company, check out www.evektor.cz.

There isn't much information about the background of AD on either their web site www.auctusdelineations.com or their Facebook page. Really though, at this point all we need to know is that AD have done very fine work creating the EV-55 for us to enjoy in X-Plane.

Today I will offer to you a review/pilot report of my experience with the EV-55 Outback in X-Plane 11.11.

The hardware I'm running is a 2015 MacBook Pro 15, 2.5 GHz i7 CPU, 16 GB DDR3 RAM and Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB Graphics. My graphics settings are depicted in the screen shot below; certainly not cranked up but I think respectable considering the hardware I'm using.

Flight control will be provided by a VKBsim Gladiator Mk II control stick along with a Logitech G502 mouse for 3D cockpit navigation.
