Canadian Xpress January Fly-In - Phoenix Open

The PGA Tour 2018 Waste Management Phoenix Open will be held from January 29th to February 4th, 2018 and Canadian Xpress will be the carrier of choice to bring golf fans to Phoenix, Arizona.

Thanks to the most fan-friendly tournament venue on the PGA TOUR, the Stadium Course attracts the largest galleries of any golf tournament in the world. In fact, compared to the days when the tournament was held at Phoenix Country Club, the top attendance mark was 186,000 (1986). At the 2014 Waste Management Phoenix Open, a record 563,008 fans attended the tournament, including 189,722 during Saturday's third round alone.

This event is also sponsored by the Alburquerque ARTCC, so expect plenty of traffic inbound for Phoenix!

Pilots should plan their departure time to land at Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl (KPHX) around the same time.

Canadian Xpress would like to invite all pilots to join us on Saturday, January 27th where everyone is to arrive in Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl (KPHX) around 11h30est (16h30z) and 22h30est (Sunday 03h30z).

This is an open invitation to all pilots no matter what your flying experience to attend this Canadian Xpress® sponsored event that will be flown on the VATSIM network.

One lucky Canadian Xpress® pilot (staff included) will win:

Any Real Flight Shop roduct (maximum $50.00 USD).

More information regarding this event including charts and optional add-on scenery can be viewed visiting the Monthly Fly-In page under Events on our web site.
