Miniclip and Tencent reveal detailed game results as UK players prepare for soft launch.

LONDON - July 28, 2017 - War Wings, the hit mobile World War II aerial dogfighting game, has concluded the third season of its Ace Pilots League. Virtual pilots fought hard for victory from June 19 to July 19 this summer, battling to earn in-game Silver currency and receive special edition aircraft rewards.

The intense battle for aerial supremacy drew over 80,000 participants, with a total of 750 thousand battles fought over the course of the competition. Season 3's most-used warplane overall was the Spitfire MK II (a change from last season's most popular, the Spitfire Grey Nurse). The most popular German warplane was the BF109F, while the most popular Soviet warplane was the YAK-1b. The American warplane that saw the most action was the P-39Q.

War Wings is now in soft release in the UK Apple App and Google Play stores. The next league will be named Ace Pilot League - The British Championships, in celebration of the UK launch.
