• TopSkills: No More Passwords

    TopSkills

For the convenience of our customers, TopSkills has removed password protection from all its tutorial videos and digital books.

"Passwords are intended to protect intellectual property from theft, but they have proven to be more of a hassle for our customers and ourselves," says Bill Stack. "They have accounted for 99.99 percent of our customer complaints, and 99.99 percent of those have been user error, representing considerable customer frustration. Those passwords were easily defeated by people who knew how to do it, anyway."

Flight simmers who purchased TopSkills' passworded tutorial videos and digital books may obtain password-free versions from the vendor they bought the products from. Future purchases of TopSkills' tutorial videos and digital books will not require passwords.

TopSkills products are available from the FS Pilot Shop.
