    Flight Simulator Show Schedule Announced

    For the seventh year Just Flight will be sponsoring a show for flightsimmers at the Royal Air Force Museum Cosford in October. Flight Sim 2019 this year has been expanded to two days, giving visitors more time to meet the exhibitors, enjoy presentations and tour the museum. The presentation schedule for the show has just been revealed, with two days packed with interesting topics.

    FSExpo 2020 Venue and Date Announcement

    FSExpo 2020 dates and location have been announced. The annual flight simulation conference will be returning to Las Vegas for its third event and will be held from June 12 to 14, 2020 at the Tropicana Las Vegas. The show will run both days of the weekend and in addition on Friday there will be a series of seminars called Captains' Corner.

    John B. Loney Jr Passes

    We regret to report the passing of well known scenery designer John B. Loney Jr.. While his favorite role was "grandpa", he rewarded us with hundreds of freeware scenery add-ons for FS2004 and FSX, favoring small airports that need the most dressing up.

    Review: HOTAS F/A-18C Hornet Grip

    Just announced today at FSExpo by Thrustmaster is their HOTAS F/A-18C Hornet Grip. This innovative product lets you customize your joystick. A common joystick base can take various grips that are exact matches for real world aircraft. This one matches the F/A-18C Hornet and is compatible with two previously available bases.     FlightSim.Com File Library Surpasses 200,000 Files

    One of the main things that makes flight simulation so enjoyable is that it's open ended. You can always add a new plane, or new scenery, or an adventure or utility to make your simulator better than it was just by downloading some freeware from our file library. Today that library has reached a major milestone as we add the 200,000th file. This represents years of work by thousands of contributors showing tremendous enthusiasm.

    Happy Birthday Sky Blue Radio

    Congratulations to Sky Blue Radio, now celebrating their 12th birthday. Sky Blue Radio is an aviation themed internet radio station that has been a big supporter of the flight simulator community since its inception.
