    IVAO Updates Altitude Pilot Client Version 1.10.1b

    IVAO announces a new v1.10.1b of their Altitude Pilot Client. Included is full support for FS2004 as a new feature. Other new features include color added to XPL window text, MTL visibility setting, etc. as well as bug fixes.

    Drzewiecki Design Drops Design For Older Platforms

    Prominent scenery designer Drzewiecki Design has announced ended development for the older generation of flight simulations such as FSX, FSX: Steam and early (32 bit) versions of Prepar3D. New scenery will be created only for MSFS 2020, X-Plane 11 and Prepar3D v4.5 and v5. Older products will continue to be available for purchase and will be supported.

    FlightSimExpo 2021 Date and Location Announcement

    FlightSimExpo 2021 will be coming to San Diego the first weekend of June 2021. A hybrid online and in-person event, FlightSimExpo will give simmers from around the world the opportunity to participate from home while welcoming in-person attendees to San Diego.

    Transcontinental Airmail Centenary Rally

    Bluegrass and WestWind Airlines are running a rally in September to celebrate the centenary of the first Transcontinental Air Mail service from New York to San Francisco. The rally consists of ten daily legs. Flight information will be made available for FS2004, FSX, P3D and X-Plane. Details of the flights are provided so that anyone with a different simulator can make up their own flight plans.

    We've just received word that the annual FSweekend held at the Aviodrome Aviation Museum in Lelystand, The Netherlands, has been cancelled for 2020. Sponsors hope to return with a very great FSweekend in 2021.
