    A2A Simulations Releases Accu-Sim Bonanza Update

    Only a few days after initial release, A2A Simulations has released its first update for the Accu-Sim Bonanza for FSX and Prepar3D. Although a fairly long list, most fixes are relative minor. This update also coincides with the release of optional non-mipmapped textures for the benefit of customers who were experiencing blurred graphic.

    Just Flight Previews Duchess 76

    Just Flight previews another of their upcoming aircraft today, the Duchess 76. Initially for FSX and Prepar3D, an X-Plane 11 version will also be coming later. This is still a work in progress but modeling and texturing is obviously coming along well based on the new screen shots.

    SXAD Houston Hobby KHOU Nears Completion

    Today on their Facebook page SXAD (SXAirportDesign) offered a new preview of their upcoming William P. Hobby Airport (KHOU) scenery, Houston, Texas, USA for FSX and Prepar3D. They report that it is nearing completion, with only jetways and some testing left.

    MegaSceneryEarth v3 Australian States Are Here

    PC Aviator announces the latest expansion of their MegaSceneryEarth v3 range with the addition of five packages covering Australian states. Each package features high resolution 1m/pixel photoreal scenery for parts of Australia. The scenery supports FSX and Prepar3D.

    Accu-Sim Bonanza Released

    Today A2A Simulations has released their eagerly awaited Accu-Sim Bonanza for FSX and Prepar3D. The V-tail Bonanza was built with WWII fighter technology and has many of the same flight characteristics. This is not your typical GA aircraft. As with all Accu-sim flight simulator aircraft, this is a "persistent airplane" where usage and wear -- and abuse -- transfer from flight to flight.

    Milviz Previews SR-71 Blackbird Interior

    Back in May Milviz gave us the first few exterior screen shots of their work in progress Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird for FSX and Prepar3D. Today they've offered some interior shots as well.

    Review: Aerosoft - Mega Airport Helsinki

    Inspired by a trip to Finland, reviewer Michael Hayward sought out some flight simulator scenery of the area and found Mega Scenery Helsinki. Created by A-Flight and published by Aerosoft, this add-on is now a few years old but Michael found that it still holds up well against current standards for FSX scenery.

    Carenado DA62 Coming Soon

    In a brief announcement only a few weeks ago Carenado announced that they were working on a Diamond DA62 for FSX and Prepar3D. Today they've tweeted again that it is "coming soon" and have offered a couple fully textured screen shots.

    A2A Bonanza On Short Final

    A2A Simulations has briefly announced that their eagerly awaited Beechcraft v-tail Bonanza is on "short final" so we should expect to see it available for purchase shortly. One final screen capture was released along with the announcement. It is expected to support FSX and Prepar3D. [Now updated with additional pictures]

    QualityWings 787 Upgrade Due This Month

    The QualityWings Ultimate 787 Collection brings the Boeing 787-8, 787-9 and 787-10 to FSX and Prepar3D v4. Improvements to the initial release are still under way and it looks like release time for the latest upgrade is near, based on a little tease QualityWings just released on their Facebook page.

    Orbx - NZGS Gisborne Airport Released

    Today Orbx has announced the release of FSX/P3D scenery of NZGS Gisborne Airport in New Zealand. NZGS is situated on the outskirts of Gisborne, on the East Coast of the North Island in New Zealand and is one of the few airports in the world that has a railway line crossing the runway. NZGS is the first Orbx airport to utilize Allen Kriesman's CityScene tech. The entire city is included.

    Carenado Releases New Falcon 50 Pictures

    Back in May Carenado announced they were working on a Falcon business jet for FSX and Prepar3D. At that time they showed some basic rendering of the work in progress aircraft. Today they have released new pictures showing that development is well under way.
