• Review: Just Flight - PA-38 Tomahawk For X-Plane 11

    A basic trainer is good for sightseeing or for...training! The PA-38 Tomahawk fits that role well, and has long been a favorite of reviewer Shawn Weigelt.     Dick Mohatt Interview

    Review: Orbx Washington Airports

    Orbx has a long history of creating highly detailed sceneries of rather obscure but scenic and colorful airports, and their recent additions for X-Plane 11 are no exception.     Orbx Announcing EGPH Edinburgh For X-Plane 11

    X-Plane 11 pilots will soon be able to visit the historic capital of Scotland with new scenery from Orbx. Created by Gaya Simulations, EGPH Edinburgh will faithfully recreate the busy airport using the latest scenery techniques such as PBR textures. The scenery will come to life with animated traffic throughout.

    Microsoft Flight Simulator October 17th, 2019 Development Update

    Microsoft has released the latest in their regular updates on the new Microsoft Flight Simulator. In addition to a big "thank you" to the community for its feedback, news includes dates related to the Tech Alpha rollout and also Episode 2 (Sky) of their Feature Discovery Series, which is coming this week. They are also in the final stages preparing to announce their Partnership Announcement Series; it will be very interesting to see how they plan on working with others to create this sim.

    Imaginesim Sad KLAX News

    Imaginesim has decided to put on hold the KLAX scenery they announced earlier this year. Their reason is the uncertainty brought on by the new Microsoft Flight Simulator which in preview videos has shown a very highly detailed KLAX. They now intend to move on to a different, but unspecified alternative project of a huge US airport mega-hub.
