Did you ever wonder?

There is a really good freeware f16 for fs9 in Thunderbird colors. It was done by a well known designer Olsen (if I spelled it right). Taxiing it from spot view it is really easy to "tip it over", I was wondering if anyone knows how realistic that is or is not?

The FSX F18 spins out a lot on landing roll and I read in another forum by a guy who said he flies F18's real life that it is not realistic at all.

I have heard that XPlane has a more realistic flight dynamic. I have just never wanted to learn all knew keys for a flight sim and really do not have the patience to re map all of the keys. It is not just an issue of patience either, I have just never really been able to figure out how to do it effectively. Also x plane does not have slewing and the addons that I want such as Instant Scenery, for scenery design or fsrecorder for replaying flights.

The default, F/A-18C, no, is not realistic, but better than a lot of the FA-18's out. Having said that, the FSX BA (Blue Angels) latest offering, the v15.6, is one of THE most realistic F/A-18C/D models available today, according to some real-world F/A-18C and E pilots. I suggest you give it a try. I posted the links for it in my thread here: https://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/showthread.php?292851-New-F-A-18C-D-versions-released-today!. Give it a shot :D

If you prefer, I can provide a link in this thread, but I'm lazy, and since I already did in my other thread...

Had a thought...then there was the smell of something burning, and sparks, and then a big fire, and then the lights went out! I guess I better not do that again!
