Erwin Welkers Boeing P-26 Pea Shooter Lights Problem

Hello,

Does anybody know how to turn the navigation lights on

Erwin Welkers Boeing P-26 Pea Shooter without firing the machine guns.

Keyboard command "L" turns the lights on but also continually fires the machine guns.

I am using it in FS 2004.

Thank you

Sure. Easy. Just comment out the guns (strobe) lights part. See below. You could also add '.boo' to end of (any) effect and sim will ignore it (yet not 'think' it is missing and use the 'default' effect).

The "O" key, oh not zero, controls the strobes by default.

If you press "L" to turn on all of the lights, then pressing "O" should stop the guns.

Thanks, I was wondering about this as well. In the same vain, my vc view point was behind the pilots head, so I changed it in the aircraft cfg from:

[Views]

eyepoint=-2.05, 0.00, 2.35

to

[Views]

eyepoint=-0.16, 0.00, 2.35

This seemed to help.
