CessnaFlyer Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 hey guys I just got this yoke this morning. and I am trying to get things set up. but it seems the breaks in the simulator are stuck on. I am not sure if it is a conflict between the yoke and the rudder pedals? or if there's something I am not seeing. cause none of the buttons on the yoke are stuck in the on position. giving up on flight simulation for good:D
theyorks Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 Make sure you have disabled the 'Brakes' key in the Controls menu. From memory you also have to tick the reverse box in the Pedals Axis part of the Controls Menu for both left and right toe brake. There is info available, it is a common setup problem easily fixed. Maybe google saitek brake serup. Sent from my tablet thingy!
CessnaFlyer Posted June 11, 2015 Author Posted June 11, 2015 ok I have the breaks issue fixed. but now as far as multi engines ho do I set the pro/mixture so they work on the throttle quadrant? cause I tried the DC-3 and only one prop lever and mixture lever moved. I will be using this for all aircraft and need multi engine control. I know on the CH products yoke all 4 prop/mixture controls worked. how do I do that with this? cause I fly the A2A b-17 giving up on flight simulation for good:D
CessnaFlyer Posted June 11, 2015 Author Posted June 11, 2015 actually you don't have to. I had it set wrong. if you go to settings controls and control axis there is a setting on there for mixture/prop. if you set that it will work all four prop/mixture levers on one mixture and prop control. I will post a screen shot to show what I mean. giving up on flight simulation for good:D
CessnaFlyer Posted June 11, 2015 Author Posted June 11, 2015 that's nice and all. but to do that you need more money. that's something I don't have. but any ways I am up and flying:D giving up on flight simulation for good:D
CessnaFlyer Posted June 12, 2015 Author Posted June 12, 2015 well I know I liked the brain teaser it gave me trying to figure out how to get it to work the way I wanted. giving up on flight simulation for good:D
