Sidney Schwartz
Oh great. My Steam version of FS2020 updated itself today. Now I no longer have the menu options that appear at the bottom of the screen. So if I'm in a flight, I can no longer return to the main menu and exit the program properly. I can find no other option than to close the window clicking on the X in the upper right corner. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to undo an update? I tried posting this problem on Microsoft's FS web site forums, but couldn't find the option to start a new topic, even though I was signed in. Why does everything have to be so complicated? jgf
Sorry to find this amusing, but I wouldn't be surprised if some steam update moved those functions elsewhere.

Founder Nels_Anderson Posted October 2 Founder Share Posted October 2 I'm actually surprised you haven't had this happen before. For me, every MSFS 2020 update causes this. But as mentioned, the fix is as simple as clicking on the square icon to get the window displayed properly again.

Thank goodness for forums like this. 1
