VFR_Steve Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 Welcome everyone to my latest tour series, this time, exploring the jaw-dropping beauty of Norway. I'll be using my all time, favourite aircraft ever produced for FSX/P3D - The incredible Turbine Duke V2, together with OrbX Norway in P3D 2.4 and Active Sky Next. ... but first - we have to pack up and leave! So our first flight takes us from my home airfield RAF Cranwell all the way up to Kristiansand airport. Let a new adventure commence! http://www.fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/images/2015/05/04/2015-4-25_19-0-27-476.png http://www.fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/images/2015/05/04/2015-4-25_19-13-30-3.png http://www.fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/images/2015/05/04/2015-4-25_19-33-44-559.png http://www.fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/images/2015/05/04/2015-4-25_19-45-29-27.png http://www.fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/images/2015/05/04/2015-4-25_19-45-48-67.png http://www.fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/images/2015/05/04/2015-4-25_19-57-40-753.png http://www.fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/images/2015/05/04/2015-4-25_20-9-39-942.png http://www.fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/images/2015/05/04/2015-4-25_20-11-9-19.png http://www.fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/images/2015/05/04/2015-4-25_20-14-57-203.png http://www.fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/images/2015/05/04/2015-4-25_20-19-32-698.png Continued...

VFR_Steve Posted May 4, 2015 Author Posted May 4, 2015 Very nice, and in an airplane I don't normally see. Thanks! Thanks very much! You'll be seeing this aircraft a fair bit over the next few weeks on this forum so keep a look out :) You were sensible in sticking to v2.4! Great shots. I've kept with the analogy that 'if it ain't broke don't fix it' - I'm perfectly happy with 2.4 at the moment and all the hassle of 'upgrading' for very little difference and in some cases for it to run worse isn't worth the hours of re-installing everything! I just wish I could get rid of the Active Sky update request every time I load it up. Breathcutting collection! Much appreciated thankyou! Wonderful job with those shots Steve!! :) Thanks Adam, pchmck, KCD, John - another adventure awaits! Absolutely stunning pics, Steve! I've got to get the Duke installed into 2.5 and see how it performs. Thanks Joe, I really couldn't do without this bird, I've got over 40 hours now on version 2 :)
