PhrogPhlyer Posted July 4, 2023 Posted July 4, 2023 A great rendering of the hangar! Always Aviate, then Navigate, then Communicate. And never be low on Fuel, Altitude, Airspeed, or Ideas. Laptop, Intel Core i7 CPU 1.80GHz 2.30 GHz, 8GB RAM, 64-bit, NVIDIA GeoForce MX 130, Extra large coffee-black.

For one thing I have several other pictures including the Santa Ana hangers as well. Before the latest set of forum posting "updates" I could post shots all day long, I'm still trying to figure why it's so hard for me to do that now! BTW: Did you happen to notice I was zooming through that hanger at 167?? RW that flight would have been scarily loud even inside the plane!! However I did cheat a little during the flight. I had the altitude hold on from about a mile out and it was set for 100'. So I was in a slow descent and all I had to worry about was to steer as straight as possible. In fact I didn't notice till I looked at the shots how fast I was going!! Being an old chopper guy I usually fly low and slow.

I was "flying" as close as possible as I did RW. I didn't or don't "pause" the action anymore than I could have done while still flying. This flight and all my others are as close to RW flying as I can get. Being an old chopper guy I usually fly low and slow.
