Where I've been

As a paramedic you know what to do.  I only stress take care of yourself, go to all the physical therapy sessions, and get as much exercise as you can.  That you are up and around so quickly is a good sign, stay active and cherish your friends.


(I lost one of my best friends, will be ten years ago next month, to repercussions of a stroke fifteen years earlier;  but he'd gotten to teh point all he wanted to do was lay on the sofa, watch TV, and smoke cigarettes.  I was the last person to see him alive.)
