cj75s
Hi folks, I have been designing WWII airfields lacking in FS9. I am r4e-creating RAF Evanton in NE Scotland in the Cromarty Firth. It had a main runway which I think was 09/27 the 27 end stuck out into the Firth. So I designed it as such and all looked good in ADE but when I tested it in FS9 I noticed I could see the wave effects under the runway still. Is there anything I can do to avoid this. I have tried using EZscenery and setting a jetty out into the sea but I can't seem to get it deep enough so as not to appear over the runway or dissapear into the sea! Any help would be appreciated as it's bugging me. Thankyou in advance cj75s
Tom Gibson
You would need to use a program like SBuilder or Ground2K4 to exclude the shorelines in that area causing the wave effects.
leuen
You s imply might delete fx_waves.fx file. Waves are rather annoying than real enhancement. Bernard Visit "The Old Hangar Forum" Visit "FS9 Vintage Flying Forum"
