uktomca Posted April 3, 2023 Posted April 3, 2023 I got XBOX as a gift, MS prices for Xbox addons are way up there. Ripping us off again is there anything out there we can do about it apart from buy new PC and switch back.
tiger1962 Posted April 3, 2023 Posted April 3, 2023 Turtle Beach do a very good yoke & throttle quadrant: https://www.turtlebeach.com/pages/velocity-one-flight If all you need is a joystick, the Thrustmaster T.Flight Hotas One is your best bet: https://www.windowscentral.com/best-xbox-joysticks-microsoft-flight-simulator I also use a cheap & cheerful Logitech wireless keyboard & mouse which work perfectly in MSFS. loki Posted April 4, 2023 Posted April 4, 2023 Yes, if you're looking for aircraft and scenery add-ons etc., then the built-in Marketplace is the only option for Xbox users. Note that prices are largely set by the add-on developers, not Microsoft.
JSkorna Posted April 4, 2023 Posted April 4, 2023 You really don't need add-ons right away. The default MSFS is pretty darn good right out of the box. Spend time with that first. http://www.air-source.us/images/sigs/000219_195_jimskorna.png
