swimbody
Good day, I got the Turtle Beach Velocity One system and I use it on a PC ONLY. When I plugged the device in I noticed that MSFS was calling it an Xbox 360 controller. It never identified it as VelocityOne. I'm stuck with this goofy naming convention and it does not behave correctly as a result. I'm in PC mode per the profile menu but I'm just floored at how frustrating it is that I cannot find the settings (cloud or otherwise) to delete the profile and start over again. I also notice with the steam version I have to log in with an XBOX profile when it loads up. Is there a way to delete the controller impressions from it's first recognition so it'll do it all over again and, hopefully, recognize the device as VelocityOne? I will not engage with Turtle Beach as their customer service will send me into cardiac arrest from anger. Any thoughts or expertise in this matter? RocketRod737
What does Windows see it as? Type game controller in your windows search bar. Store version has an XBox profile also.
